Gluten-Free Coconut Treats

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams shredded coconut

  • 2 eggs

  • 60 grams Greek yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Dough:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, eggs, and Greek yogurt.

    • Stir well until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

  2. Shape the Treats:

    • Scoop small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.

    • If the mixture feels too sticky, refrigerate for 10 minutes before shaping.

  3. Air Fry:

    • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

    • Arrange the coconut balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.

    • Cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  4. Cool & Serve:

    • Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

    • Enjoy them warm or at room temperature!
